スマラプラ宮殿（クルタゴザ） Semarapura

　クルタゴサは、デンパサールの北40㎞程の、クルンクン市外地のメインロードの一角にあります。18世紀に建てられたこのオープンエアのパビリオンは、当時王宮の裁判所として使われていました。王宮時代は、バリにある8県のうち、一番中心となっていたのが、このクルンクン県でした。当時使われていた裁判のときの机や椅子が今でもそのまま残っており、伝統的な”ワヤンスタイル”で描かれた精巧な天井画を見ることができます。天井画の下部には地獄に落ちた悪人が処罰を受けている様子、上部には善い行いをして人生を全うした者が天国で褒美を与えられている様子が描かれています。もともとは王家の休憩所として作られたものですが、近くにあったもとの裁判所は柱しかなく、建物がなかったため、後にそのエリアが統一されて、この休憩所を裁判所として利用されるようになりました。同じく敷地内には当時の王宮の博物館があり、歴代の王の名前や写真、当時王が使っていた乗り物などが展示されています。


Kurutagosa　is in the corner of the main loading of the kurunkun suburbs ground of the north about 40㎞ in Denpasar. バリ西部国立公園 Bali west national park

　広大な国立公園で野生動物に触れるインドネシアには現在10の国立公園がありますが、そのひとつがバリにあるんです！バリ島最西部のギリマヌにある西部国立公園は、敷地7万ｈａにもおよぶ広大なもの。そのほとんどが熱帯雨林でおおわれ、鳥、鹿、猿、じゃこう猫などの野生動物が自然のままに生きています。
　ギリマヌ港の4キロ南にあるチェキッに公園の管理事務所があり、そこから車で入場します。移動しながら好きな場所に車を停め、自由に散策することができます。散策用のトレイルがたくさん作られているのでぜひ散策してみましょう。モンスーンの森を1・2時間散策するのもいいですし、元気があれば半日かけてクラタカン山を登る本格トレッキングもおすすめ。また、200種類以上の野鳥が飛び交うバードウォッチングの絶好スポットでもあります。特にバリ島固有種のカンムリシロムクドリ、『ジャラッ・プティ』はぜひ見ておきたい貴重な種類です。

プリサレン（ウブド王宮） Puri Saren （Ubｕdo royal palace）

　もともとはウブドの王様の宮殿です。でも最近は毎晩こちらのプリサレン宮殿で踊りが行われています。そのため観光客にも大変有名になり、プリサレン宮殿の手前にある部屋を見ることができます。今でも王の子孫たちがが住んでいるので、宮殿の奥には入ることができません。最近バリ島の中でも、ここの王宮が一番のお金持ちと言われています。ここの王様はウブドの人たちにとても優しくて、平等に接するのでウブドの人たちはこの王様をとても尊敬し、王宮で必要なことがあれば、みんなで協力してお祭りなどを行っています。

Therefore, the tourist becomes famous very much, too and the room in the purisaren palace that is forward can be seen. ゲイ ウェイ カー GWK

GWK(ゲイ　ウェイ　カー)は、Garuda Wisnu Kencana の略で、Garuda＝鳥の名前、Wisnu＝水の神様の名前、Kencana＝乗り物です。石灰岩石の断崖が連なる広大な丘陵地に位置し、ここからはバリ島南部の観光エリアを一望できます。ヴィシュヌ神と聖鳥ガルーダの巨大な象が佇むドラマティツクな背景と素晴らしいパノラマビューが印象的。ングラライ国際空港から15分、主要なホテル/リゾート地からも1時間以内でアクセスできますパーク全体が観光/レクリエーションスポットとなっている他、芸術公演、展覧会、会議など各種イベントが開催されており、まさに、神々の島バリの芸術・文化を象徴する一大テーマパークをなしています。また最近では結婚式が人気です。こちらの高台からは、聖なる山「アグン山」を望むこともでき、、上からの眺めは、まるでバリ島の地図を見ているかのような絶景です。お散歩に、観光に、ぜひ一度足を運んでみてください。


GWK is abbreviation of Garuda Wisnu Kencana, and it is Garuda = bird's name, a name of the god of Wisnu = water, and Kencana = vehicle.
